Questions, answered

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Delivery is free and tracked on every order to a US address, with no minimum spend. Orders over $150 are delivered with a signature, so a missing parcel can be claimed.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days to most US addresses, and 5–8 to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Large items on our two-person pallet service add one to two business days, and we agree the day with you first.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its packaging. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the return. If you have changed your mind, the return shipping is yours, and we tell you the cost before anything is booked.

Is the price the final price?

Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Delivery adds nothing.

Can anyone buy refrigerant?

No. Regulated refrigerants are sold to EPA Section 608 certified purchasers only, and those listings are marked “EPA 608”. Small self-sealing cans of car A/C refrigerant are the exception.
